Taryn on the city street

Here's a look at some of the layers involved in going from a green screen stage to a finished segment of the movie.

In the first shot, the street and buildings have barely begun to be fleshed out -- there is no color or texture, no fine detail.

The second shot shows a background plate containing some lighting and color elements. (click to see a larger version)

The third shot pulls it all together -- lights and color, texture maps, even graffiti on the walls.
