Out and About with REVELATIONS

As post-production moves towards a conclusion, the Panic Struck team continues to keep the buzz going about REVELATIONS. They're becoming old hands on the con circuit, whether it's simply dropping by a Pennsylvania ComicCon with fliers; showing the trailer to enthusiastic crowds at conventions such as I-Con 23 (March 26-28. 2004) and Shore Leave 26 (July 9-11, 2004); or doing a full multi-media presentation at FanzillaCon (June 11-13, 2004) or Balticon 38 (May 28-31, 2004).

Here's what a full presentation, this one at Farpoint 2004 (Feb 13-15, 2004), looks like.

The original costumes make a striking first impression. The lights go down and the teaser rolls.
Shane and Jack talk about the filming process, aided by behind-the-scenes footage and before-and-after FX shots.
Dawn and Sarah do their double act, talking about everything from writing to costuming to cooking.
It's a little scary how every single woman on stage is utterly enthralled by Frank.
See what I mean? And he has the nerve to be insecure.
Gina and Karen talk about training and committment.
We finish with a fight demo by Shane and Nick, then we roll the trailer.
Our second hour is a Q&A session where we talk about the nuts and bolts of independent film making.
Shane discusses insurance and budgets, which always brings a smile to his face.
Dawn touches on logistics and the care and feeding of your cast and crew.
Nick and Karen talk more about training and the director's vision.
Frank, Gina and Jack tell about their favorite moments on the production.
